Pathan started his onslaught with a six that was struck square of the wicket against Brad Evans while following it up with a boundary against Tayyab Abbas. The main onslaught came against Mohammad Asif who went for 25 runs against Yusuf Pathan that included a wide.
Brad Evans was the next victim of Pathan’s carnage as he conceded 16 runs off his second over while Chatara ended up giving away 20 to the fury of Yusuf Pathan as the Buffaloes sailed hammer and tongs to the grand finale. Pathan stayed unbeaten for 80 from 26 balls to emerge as the hero of the Buffaloes.
